à partir du mardi 1 septembre 2026​

3 horaires:

• mardi matin et soir : 9h-10h15 et 18h15 - 19h30

• vendredi après-midi: 14h - 15h (! yoga sur chaise)

Séances d'été :  les mercredis du mois d'août 2026 (le 5,12,19 et 26/08)

• A Cerfontaine, Rue du Pétchi 23 : de 9h à 10h15 et de 10h45 à 12h ( sous réserve d'avoir un minimum d'inscriptions) 

• A Saint-Gérard -Bossière, salle "Notre tannière", rue du Château 8 : de 18h15 à 19h30

Tarif:

• abonnement pour les 4 séances: 44€

• à la séance: 15€
